Ok, this is seriously a great spot! The food reminds me the menu you can find at Harvest in Halifax, but portions are bigger and ingredients seem to be fresher! For someone who is looking for a healthier breakfast/lunch in Freddy, this is absolutely awesome! I wish the working hours were adjusted so I can stop by to grab a quick 6pm dinner burrito too :)
I work nearby and get the same lunch 3-4 times a week. The food is as consistent as my order, and the staff are really kind. A couple of them know my βusualβ order, which is just fun. Its a healthy and fresh lunch option and I look forward to many more classic breakfast sammies and play smoothie with protein :)
Tried their Play Smoothie, First, we fiesta hot bowl and vegan marguerita grilled cheese sandwich. Everything was delicious. Great service. They even customized the hot bowl for my friend as she had allergy to something.
Oh boy such a great place for healthy eating! Was about time to get something like this in Fredericton! My favorite so far is the Crunchy Thai Peanut salad. Great smoothie as well, didnβt want the maple added and was great.
I was walking with my family in downtown Fredericton when we came across The Squeeze. It was on my lists of establishments I wanted to check out in the city. It was the perfect place to stop since it was so hot outside and I needed a refreshing drink. The lemonade hit the spot. It tasted homemade and fresh squeezed. I highly recommend.checking this place out. It has a charming instagamable atmosphere with friendly service.
The food is the real deal. Fresh meals feel so much better. And the coffee!!! Plus you can order straight on their website and cut the wait time for pick up or dining in. Staff are so friendly and overall the place is vibrant! I was there early this morning and got a cool shot of the Squeeze the Day sign before the crowd rolled in so I wasn't awkwardly taking pics of customers, haha!
